DFT_QCI_thermo not distributed or documented

Just opening this issue so we don't forget:
Commit a4fc061 (in which I remove C2O2 from the primaryThermoLibrary) is only a sensible one if we publish and promote the better thermo library.
If we don't then it should be reverted before the next release.

The immediate problem of C2O2 being removed from the primaryThermoLibrary has been resolved by ff9031d and more generally the merge commit d493889.

However, I'm leaving this issue open until DFT_QCI is documented and distributed.
