[Feature] stop conflict with config.json and selecting alts more than 8

That problem with conflicting the config.json for more mods, need to fix to make alts unreplacable, adding custom textures, texture names, adding characters and more, also make costume selection screen more than 8 slots.

How should it be implemented?

Can increase config.json is more, resloting, custom fIles with multiple config.json mods instead of conflict, can add Custom folders for addition, for adding custom characters requires with The CSK Collection v5.0 onwards plugin and Smashline 2 v1.7 onwards plugin.
