[Feature suggestion] Allow searching subfolders in ultimate/mods for other mods too #253

What would the feature do?
Option to check subfolders of main mods folder for mods too, would allow users to sort mods so they don't pile up and become hard to find when wanting to delete or rename a file.
How should it be implemented?
Option that when enabled also searches folders in the mods folder for mods too.
EG I could put stage mods in ultimate/mods/stages/(mod files) instead of having to use ultimate/mods/(mod files). When the option is off only ultimate/mods would be checked, so a mod in ultimate/mods/stages would not be found.
This would allow me to sort out stage mods, and character mods. I have them sorted this way when downloading them on my PC but can't have them sorted the same way on my SD, would be nice to be able to find a certain mod easier.
Use case: I recently decided to update from 2.1.1 instead of being a stubborn bastard, and was trying to find all the disabled mods that were causing conflicts because I just outright wanted to delete the mod instead of disabling it. I just decided to delete everything and re-copy the mods from my computer instead. It wouldn't change much but is just QoL for people like me who prefer to stort things into categorized subfolders.
