Ravenbrook MPS sources are out of sync with Configura's sources

The Ravenbrook code base for the MPS has diverged a bit from the code base at Ravenbrook's major commercial client, Configura. We need to bring the two back together so that we can develop and deliver improvements to them and also publish them as open source.
