The current large green "Scan Medicine" banner feels too static and out of sync with the application's clean, modern aesthetic. It needs a premium, interactive redesign to enhance user engagement.

- Entry Animation: Add a smooth, subtle fade-in/scale-up animation when the page loads.
- Reflective Hover Effect: Implement a sleek, hardware-inspired glossy reflection/shine effect that sweeps across the button on hover.
- Visual Polish: Refine the background gradient and padding to make it blend naturally with the platform theme.
