Describe the problem we are trying to solve and why it is important.

Debugging DR issues is hard and slow:

Hard to understand the system: is very big and complex
Inspecting multiple clusters with manual commands is hard and slow, and it is easy to miss details when -there so much details you have to look at.
Learning how to debug is hard and onboarding takes too much time
Reporting useful bug is hard and take too much time, and is easy to forget to add important information.
Finding the root cause is hard.

Why is this important?

Save time for developers, testers, support, users
Help users quickly
Make it easy to report more useful bug reports
