Gravity block mode

Describe the feature

I think it would be cool if the mod had a mode where logs with the axis: Y block state were treated as gravity blocks, so that felling a tree acts like digging a pillar of sand or gravel, similar in function to the shift-down mode.

So basically like FALL_ALL_ITEM but instead of having it "exploding" it falls straight down ?
