PILOT BLOCKER - The ride list and search fields needs to be improved to make it easier for volunteers to find rides

When you log into the system as a driver, it should show a list of all current rides that are available that matches the criteria for the driver. For example, if the driver is a female with an SUV, the list should show all rides where the client has requested a female driver and doesn't mind having riding in a SUV. All rides that don't meet the drivers criteria should be filtered out.

The search functionality should then allow the driver to narrow down the list by entering a route that they might be driving or select a day where the driver might be free and could offer a ride of two for some clients.
