Change the link of the Hills CarPal Logo

When a user clicks the Hills CarPal logo *(a 'home' button of sorts), it should contextually take you to the home area for the logged in user.

If you are a facilitator, it should route to:
/facilitator

If you are a driver, it should route to:
/driver

Reported issue:
"can we get a "Home" button somewhere so we can get back to the screen that lists the rides? I keep wanting to go back to the main list but pressing the Hills Car Pal logo at the top."
