Feature: (post pilot) Add Feature to Driver Page - Accept Ride #23

Add an action to the rides list and the (new) detail view for the driver to accept a ride.

It should record that the driver accepted the ride, and be shown to the Facilitator.

When notifications are added to the solution, this should also trigger a notification to the facilitator in some fashion (TBD).
