UI Improvement : color coded table view based on unmet need

We have those rides that a lot of people requested but no riders show up on red, and rides can play their day in the future and put future avaliablity to that routine

When we have less then 3 days estimated time "waiting time" for a specific route, it is yellow, and less then 1 day its green.
