7.5.0 introduces a `sq` script which conflicts with Sequoia PGP

The 7.5.0 release included #3290 which added a "sparlquery" script installed as sq. Unfortunately, sq is already used by quite popular Sequoia-PGP package. Could you please consider renaming it to avoid conflict?

That said, I don't see this script on main but that looks like it not being merged back from 7.x rather than deliberate change.
