[Bug] The input parameter description table does not display

The doc for input parameters is broken: https://rampdemand.readthedocs.io/en/latest/input_parameters.html
According to the raw file, one should see a table:
https://github.com/RAMP-project/RAMP/blob/main/docs/source/input_parameters.rst

However it does not display :(
