Add built vignettes and update README badge

Add prebuilt vignette HTML files (vignettes/v0_network.html, v1_modelingvariancecomponents.html, v2_pedigree.html, v3_analyticrelatedness.html, v4_validation.html, v5_ASOIAF.html) to include package documentation. Remove three generated PNGs from v5_ASOIAF_files/figure-html (cleanup of redundant build artifacts). Also update README.md to add a CodeFactor badge.
