How to update the OPENAI_MODEL

I've set the OpenAI auth method to use the MODEL qwen/qwen3-coder:free. Now, I want to change it to qwen/qwen3-coder, but I can't find a way to do that.
I found that adding an .env file could work, but does it mean I can't override the settings?
