[Bug]: Setting custom InsertAfter header doesnt work

Bug Description

Setting a custom header leads to the tasks being prepended to the file beginning.
Leaving it as the default "# Journal" works fine.

in plugin options: add custom header in "Insert after heading"

I'm getting the same issue.

I found that initially, but I found that it worked better after a restart. Think the change is not getting picked up by the plugin immediately, but only on startup.

However, it doesn't seem to be able to sort the events under the heading and write them back in order - they always get placed directly under the heading when adding a new event. That is probably another bug though.
