Matrix Bridging

If we allow second brain (quivr) to connect to a Matrix server as a bot then via Matrix bridges we would have support for all of the major chat programs without much implementation effort. Would be quite nice to be able to message your brain (or allow very select others to directly talk to your brain e.g. your significant other).
