add_hints_to_some_exercises

Hi @jstac , when I tried to do those proof exercises, I found it might be helpful to add some hints to some exercises of lectures.

• For example, we can add Hint: consider the definition of bounded linear operator in (41). after the uc_mc_semigroup's exercise 1.

Do you think it is a good idea?
