I tried to use MSconvert software to convert .d raw files from Agilent QQQ (scan mode) to mzML format. However, during the conversion I got the following error/warning ..
"vendor centroiding requested but not available for non-vendor formats (and UNIFI); falling back to local maximum peak picker"
Please have look at the setting and process while converting.
Then if I ignore this and use the converted files in MZmine3 software, no MS2 can be found in the scan details. Precursor ion column is also empty.
Are these two issued related?
what can I do to avoid that error/warning?
Thanks in advance,
Ghs

Hi Ghs, Agilent QQQ data is one of the few vendor formats that can't be centroided by the vendor API. Only their QTOF and TOF data can. I think that's what's causing this message even though the text is irrelevant. Can you share a file exhibiting the problem?
