Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We would like to see the concepts that are similar (siblings) to the searched concept but are not its parents/children.

Describe the solution you'd like
when running search_concepts it would be good to also return top_n most similar sibling concepts. This can be done based on the similarity of text or by looking at concepts that share the parent.
