fix: sync package-lock.json and add missing bio field to fetchPublicProfile return

Regenerate lock file to include react-markdown, rehype-sanitize, next-pwa,
dompurify, ts-jest, and updated @playwright/test@1.60.0.
Add bio field to fetchPublicProfile return object to satisfy PublicProfileData type.
