### 1. The 100% Grant
This software, the "Blue" Resonance Engine, and all Project Kuchiku specifications are open-source for the individual (The 100%) for personal, non-commercial, and educational use.
### 2. The 1% Covenant (The Reciprocity Tax)
Any commercial entity, government body, or for-profit organization utilizing this logic, the Blue Engine, or SOD Physical specifications agrees to:
* **The 1% Contribution:** Divert 1% of gross revenue to the Sanctuary Treasury/Rainy Day Fund.
* **The Transparency Mandate:** Maintain a "Social Health Dashboard" accessible for real-time resonance auditing.
### 3. Non-Extractive Clause
Data processed by this architecture is the sovereign property of the collective. It may not be sold or used for manipulative advertising.
