[FEATURE] Find out nodes potentially causing non convergence #1314

Describe the feature request
It would be helpful for users to pinpoint which exact place is causing non convergence in a powerflow problem. Towards this end, we can possibly give out feeders or nodes where the issue exists.
If we enable diagnostics data via #189 we might be able to find out (or we enable user to find out) if and when the jacobian becomes ill conditioned.
