Linking to documentation sections is cumbersome

Bug Description

I tried to link into a specific section of the the PostHog documentation.
There is an anchor hover animation, however, when I click it nothing happens.

How to reproduce

1. https://posthog.com/docs/libraries/php
2. Move the mouse left to "Config Options"

Expected outcome:

Browser location changes to https://posthog.com/docs/libraries/php#config-options, so I can copy the link.

Additional context

I am using Chromium browser.

good catch, i noticed this too - clicking the anchor buttons does actually copy to clipboard, but that's not obvious + updating the url would be nice

opened a PR to fix: #13174

this adds a toast to show what happened and updates the URL. i also updated it so clicking a nav item in the "jump to" sidebar will update the URL!
