Consider adding limited keyboard support

While Frog Finder is meant to be played exclusively with the mouse, we could consider adding limited keyboard support.

This would mostly be for things like "ESC" to quit the game or bring up options. People who are in "panic mode" and want to quickly exit the game might be frustrated this key doesn't work.
