Revert workaround for iOS scrolling issue

In the `0.7.0` release, we stopped using Shadow DOM to apply required styles to the virtualizer host element and instead are applying these styles inline via the element's `style` property.

This was to work around an iOS bug: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=226195

We will revert this change when the iOS bug is fixed.
