Summary
The blind SGA parameter (gov.ssa.sga.blind) only has values from 2025-01-01 onward. SSA publishes historical blind SGA thresholds going back to 1996.
While the current SSI code exempts blind individuals from SGA entirely (issue #4062 tracks using it correctly), the parameter itself should have historical values ready for when the fix is implemented.
