Add a Role between Admin and Creator #288

Currently, there are three Roles in Playabl: Player, Creator and Admin. In the community I'm part of, we delegate the creation and management of Events to various members of the community. At this moment, we need to grant these people Admin rights, which is more than is needed to manage Events.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a role Event Manager, which has the option to create an Event, add Games to that Event, and in general has all the current access needed to manage that Event. This Role should have no access to actually manage the community and the members (that's reserved for Admin).
Admin keeps the current (full) rights to manage everything.
Describe alternatives you've considered
In our case, it might be an option to grant creation and management of Events to the Creator role.
