Can you add a tree reconstruction from lidar example?

Hi, I'm wondering if you could add or post an example that would take folks through a reconstruction (re your paper Semi-direct tree reconstruction using terrestrial LiDAR point cloud data). Either from some sample terrestrial lidar, or a two step process to generate synthetic terrestrial lidar, and then back to reconstruction.
