"enchantments" improvement

Make it possible to use number ranges for enchantment level for example %checkitem_mat:netherite_sword,enchantments:sharpness=3..5% (check if you have netherite sword with sharpness level from 3 to 5 (3, 4, 5))
Useful when using with custom enchantments that can have a lot of levels
