[Bug]: ReplayGain causes volume fluctuations and erratic adjustments during playback #2478

Description

@tehrzky

Description

There is an issue with how ReplayGain handles track volume. Instead of applying a consistent volume adjustment at the start of a song, the volume continuously and erratically changes while the song is actively playing.
It feels like the player is "contradicting" itself—constantly trying to decide whether it should lower or raise the volume midway through a track, leading to an unstable listening experience.

Expected Behavior
ReplayGain should calculate a single, fixed volume offset based on the track or album gain tag and apply it uniformly across the entire song. The volume should remain stable throughout playback.

Actual Behavior
The volume constantly self-adjusts and fluctuates while the song is playing. It sounds like a dynamic compressor or limiter is aggressively fighting the track's natural audio peaks, causing noticeable pumping effects.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable ReplayGain in the settings.
Play a track that has ReplayGain tags embedded

Device Environment

Infinix GT 20 Pro
Android 14
