Need improvements in the proposing and accepting of relationships

First, somehow we lost the message that lets the proposer know that a relationship has actually been proposed.

Second, after the other person accepts to install an app to accept a relationship, they then have to go into that app to accept it. Makes sense semantically but seems a bit pedantic. Would be nicer if the proposed relationship was just accepted as the app is installed.

Also, installing the manage apps app doesn't update the cookies, so that participant isn't able to propose a new relationship themselves inside the same session (i.e. without logging out and back in).
