As a stakeholder, I want a scripted demo that showcases agentic behavior so I can clearly understand the system’s value
Acceptance Criteria:
- Demo reproducible and reliable
- Single conversational flow demonstrates multi-step behavior
- Tools are invoked and naturally by the agent.
- Output early shows reasoning and outcomes
Technical Tasks:
- Create scripted test conversation
- Demo Flow: create item -> attach tag -> add note
- Fix tag domain mapping issues
- Validate LLM selects correct tools during demo
- Document demo steps for repeatability
