Versions 2.0 and above do not connect to Zebra Printer

I am not able to print to our Zebra printer (ZQ620) directly from the Intercross app on any version above 2.0.
Version 1.0.2 does work as expected.

Clicking on the "Zebra Print Connect" in Settings just brings up the Zebra Printer Utility in Google Playstore which is already installed.

Version of Zebra Printer Setup Utility is 2.4.4436 or 2.3.4212. The Zebra Utility is connected via Bluetooth to the printer and does work.
tablet is a Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.

@rlmorgan7 Could you please try installing Field Book, create a "Zebra label print" trait, and see if you're able to print labels with this printer?

Hi Trevor I've tried the Zebra label trait in versions 6.3.2 and 7.1.1 of the Fieldbook app. Both work fine and print correctly to the Zebra printer. Thanks Robyn

@rlmorgan7 That's good to know so that we can reuse the code. We'll work on bringing in that functionality in the next Intercross update.

@rlmorgan7 What version of Android are you running? You can see this in Settings/About Phone.

Also, when you click print in Intercross, do you see your paired printer?

I'm using version 2.0.3 of Intercross, I can print labels with a ZQ510 on Android version 16. FieldBook actually uses the same code as Intercross for printing (originally it was built in Intercross). Intercross does have additional features to create your own template which might be causing this issue. Can you tell me the size of your labels and if you used a custom template?
