wiki edits/painpoint clarification

Fo the wiki page Configuring-lsfg‐vk.md let me submit a new version here. (IIUC there's no pull request for the wiki.)

In the current page some points are ambiguous, and I didn't understand them. In the proposed version I tried to answer them. The sent markdown looks like this.

PS: BTW do you possibly have a plan to use Lossless Scaling's upscaling feature, which offers various algorithms, by any chance?

Thanks for the additions, I see the pain points in my description.

With the next update, most of this will change so the page will be rewritten again (and likely on a dedicated wiki page, etc.). I'll incorporate your change/general explanation style right into it.
