复现方式：直接在windows中使用神秘科技连接境外势力的网络 根据官方教程配置Cmake 会神奇的发现所有的仓库均可正常init，除了https://gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/mtr/pocketfft.git/ 这个pocketfft的地址
