Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the console
2. Launch ARK-4 Loader
3. Wait for the installation
4. Launch ARK-4 Full Insaller
5. Install a permanent firmware
6. Start the game (You don't have to start it)
7. Hold down the power button to restart

The console was formatted in advance. The firmware installation process was identical to the tutorial and worked well on the PSP-3008.
I assume that the problem lies in the model itself, it may not have been sufficiently tested.
It will be comfortable for me to activate hacking, as I once did in 2008, but for the future it would be cool to fix it.
