WHAT?

PETALS focuses on five key factors:

• Productivity 🚀 - how much have you got done?
• Enjoyment 🤩 - how much have you enjoyed everything?
• Teamwork 🤝 - how much have you collaborated with team mates and peers?
• Learning 🧠 - how much have you learned?
• Serenity 🧘 - how serene or stressed have you got?

Score each factor out of 5, create your AVERAGE then share with your team to compare.
Review, discuss and identify actions.

HOW?

Phases of Delivery

1. One-pager content to get feedback on the outline and language.
2. Supporting slide deck with additional visuals (still and animated) to explain.
3. Video to talk through it all.
