[BUG]: Mouse lock option not working correctly #12695

Describe the Bug
The mouse cursor is constrained to a box partially outside the main window. The same thing happens in fullscreen and windowed:

Reproduction Steps
Was checked on a fresh new portable install, only the mouse lock option was changed.
