[BUG]: PRIMAL graphical artifacts

Describe the Bug

graphical error in form of false rope extension (see pic). Happens also on software mode.

Reproduction Steps

use Scree (game character) to throw a rope and slide hanged rope like the game wants you to. happeens every time.

The VU1 clamping in the GameDB needs updating to Extra + Sign

Note sure who chose "none" but it was a poor choice :P

Edit: Oh apparently none was needed for leaves at some other point :/

This should be tested with #12001. Sony might have fixed these bugs on their official release with soft floats' VU1 multiply.
