Harden widget for production alpha/beta projects

Goal

Make the alpha widget stronger for real external projects after the first right-click popup release.

Follow-up hardening

• Optional screenshot capture hook for projects that opt in.
• Optional DOM/component snapshot hook for richer developer handoff.
• Import bridge from widget-export JSON into the standalone console with clearer status.
• Shadow DOM and complex app-shell target detection tests.
• Config option for requiring a modifier key before opening the context menu.
• Config option to ignore selectors like inputs, editors, or app-owned context menus.
• Versioned widget API docs and changelog notes.

Boundary

Keep no-hidden-telemetry as the default. Widget notes should remain local unless the tester explicitly exports or copies them.
