Consistent Hash Implementation

Have you given any thought to supporting the use of a consistent hash algorithm that would allow rebalancing if storage accounts are added or removed?

If you're amicable, to the idea, I could try to assist with an implementation at some point.

That would be really interesting. I hadn't thought how that could be done.

I'm currently tied up with other stuff, but will message you when I have more free time. I'll keep this open for now.
