Proposal: Upstream MongoDB providers into dotnet/orleans

Hi all, are you open to us upstreaming this package to dotnet/orleans and maintaining it alongside the other providers?

@ReubenBond there are certain patterns that intentionally diverged from the ones used in other upstream Orleans providers, will these be maintained as-is or will they be potentially be refactored to align with the ones in Orleans?

@wassim-k I think we will have to examine them on a case-by-case basis. You provided a good example of where divergence makes complete sense: MongoDB is a document store and the MonogDB drivers handle serialization themselves so there's no need for a common serializer abstraction.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other examples. We have tried to align the code as much as possible to Orleans storage providers.
As long as there's a way to use the built-in MongoDB BSON serializer and storing grain state as non-binary documents in MongoDB, then I'm happy for it to be merged into upstream.
