Comment char for different file types for a particular tester

Hi,

When I check the comment character for SMT7 it is listed as '#'. This, I presume, is for patterns not the generated flow files (.tf). Would a PR be accepted allowing this to be set by the interface such that a program command would set it to '--' vs '#'? The idea is the Origen diff class would then ignore flow file comments.

It makes sense to add that support if it doesn't exist currently. Also it might be in origen_testers that the change will have to be made.

The diff utility (Utility::Diff) gets used for both pattern generation and program generation (while writing the tf file)

to add, seems like all it would need is the smt base.rb to include program_comment_char as '/' or '-' or whatever is needed

The corresponding generator for tf files will respect that.
Currently if the program_comment_char is undefined, it takes the value of comment_char which is "#"
