Idea: bonusly-like feature

This should probably be a plugin/module.

A feature where each user gets a number of points to spend and their own bank account. You give points to thank people for things. Every month you get more points to spend, and you can see who gave the most, spent the most, etc.

I think it might incentivize people helping each other out more, even if the points count for nothing. People love points.
