How many particles do you need for an airbag? Structural simplification could get pretty slow with a lot of particles.

Up to the user, anywhere from roughly 9 or so to infinity.
Of course, accuracy and usefulness go up with > 9 particles.
We used in the order of ~100 in Python.

Ok, that should be fine. 9 particles will be simplified fast, 100 might get quite slow, but we'll see. And with the serialization you only need to simplify once.
