Here is a potential CSS theme for the forum: http://pastebin.com/8FQBwCPm. We had trouble testing it ourself when pasting the t93.css into http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/ucp.php?i=7&mode=stylesheets&u=2851 because it never recognized the changes in the theme selector.

Whenever you select http://www.sleipnirstuff.com/forum/ucp.php?i=7&mode=themes&edit=138&u=2851 it simply goes back to Mindblank.

Happens with every custom skin so this may be a permission problem.

The css is not really useful until we have a matching image set. Building a complete theme that we can actually deploy is a big effort, so it would be best to target phpBB 3.1 so that we can, in one go, deploy an updated board focused on OpenRA with the SS contents moved to an archive category.

The posted CSS looks like this with the default images. We can't force that on players in the name of "someone else will fix it later"

Maybe fix the user theme selector first so people can test and share their own styles. Then we make a competition and the best theme becomes official.

The migration to 3.2 went ahead without a custom theme. The default prosilver theme is really quite ugly, so it would be good to resolve this as soon as possible.

Recent IRC discussion highlighted that we could adopt a bootstrap-based template which can then be shared directly with the website. @Lawando found a Bootstrap 3 based theme that could work as a base, and @IceReaper is currently investigating the idea of building a Bootstrap 4 template from scratch.

For reference, @IceReaper uploaded the BS4 theme to his repo and it is displayed as-is on this site.
