Idea: Downsampled NWB bucket for ephys data

@arnodelorme and @neuromechanist said they have converted a lot of EEG data to NWB and downsampled to levels that are useful for interactive scrolling. Currently these are hosted on their own server and relayed, but if they were hosted on a public S3 bucket, NEMAR and OpenNeuro could make visualizations available for most datasets without a relay, including datasets that were not uploaded as NWB or EDF.
