Pitch flickers in specific cases

What i mean by flickering is that the notes pitch is flickering between 0 and 1 repeatedly.

Setup:
Make an 8 note long chain

Set portamento to -300 and not reversed.

bring it up 38 cents

you now have the pitch flickering between 0 and 1
