I could not get client request timeouts to work using a Liberty Server as an EJB Client

./yoko-verify/src/test/java-testify/org/apache/yoko/TimeoutTest.java runs the tests demonstrating the (client-side) request timeout setting.

That test demonstates that the timeout value can be configured using the ORB property "yoko.orb.policy.request_timeout".
(ORB properties are passed into ORB.init() in a Properties object.

I created a scratch variant of that testcase to see if setting this via System property has the same effect:
it does not.

So the issue, I think, is not that the value can't be configured properly in Yoko - it can.
The issue is that Liberty currently lacks a mechanism for passing ORB properties to the ORB.init() call.

@joe-chacko suggests that the correct way of addressing this would be to introduce such a mechanism in Liberty, possibly like that for jdbc properties.
